Pricing FAQ
What counts as a submission?
Each accepted form submission counts once toward your monthly allowance. The authoritative count comes from the append-only audit log, so it can always be reconciled.
How does the submission overage work?
If you go past 2,000 in a month, each started block of 1,000 additional submissions is $5. You’re never charged for blocks you don’t reach.
Are workflow automations really free?
Yes. Signed webhooks cost us essentially nothing to dispatch today, so we meter them for transparency but don’t charge for them.
What makes a form “active”?
A published form that can accept submissions. Five are included; additional active forms are $3 each per month. Unpublishing a form stops it counting.
Do you store file attachments?
Attachments are embedded directly in notification emails rather than stored, which keeps your data minimal and your pricing simple.
